Investor Agreement

This digital token offering system service agreement for investors Made between Qbix Digital Asset Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) on one side and you (hereinafter referred to as “Investor”) on the other side. Intention to use the Service Provider's digital token offering system with the objective of subscribing to digital tokens offered on the said system Both parties therefore agreed to enter into an agreement to provide digital token offering services to investors. ("This Agreement") contains the following statement.

"Digital Token Wallet" means the digital token wallet provided by the Service Provider. which is for the storage of investor digital tokens Nor will the service provider have the authority to store private key, manage or control the investor's digital assets in the digital token wallet.

"SEC" means the Securities and Exchange Commission.

"Cryptocurrency" means an electronic data unit that is generated on an electronic system or network. with the intention to use it as a medium of exchange in order to acquire goods, services or any other rights or exchange between digital assets and shall include any other electronic data units as specified in the notification of the SEC.

"Digital Token Subscription Order" means a digital token subscription request made by an investor under the form specified by the Service Provider. and has been completed and confirmed by the investor to express their intention to subscribe to digital tokens from the digital token issuer through the service provider's digital token offering system
